Together, the Fairfield Falcons JAFC, the Greystanes Goannas JAFC and the Parramatta Lions JAFC are the Parramatta Goannas Youth Australian Football Alliance (PGYAFA). The three Clubs have formed this Alliance, rather than forming joint ventures on an informal and ad hoc basis. The purpose of the alliance is to:

• improve the football experience for players and families throughout youth AFL,

• increase retention of players and enables the formation of viable and sustainable teams of players in boys and girls youth AFL competitions, and

• provide a definite and robust pathway to senior AFL.
